Shipping policy
For all Raw hair orders (except for in stock):
Once your order has been placed, it will take approximately 14 - 25 business days to be processed. This is classed as a 'pre-order' item. Processing time is separate from delivery times.
Orders are typically delivered before this time, however, we state these times in case of delays out of our control
Our hair is custom made from Vietnam therefore, please leave enough time when purchasing. The processing time is subject to the complexity of the order and busy sale periods.
KLARNA:
Please note that additional processing time is needed when using KLARNA. (5 working days approx).
IN-STOCK
In stock items have an approximate processing time of 1-3 working days excluding delivery. IN STOCK HAIR IS ONLY BOUGHT FROM OUR 'IN STOCK' TAB ON OUR MENU AND HAS 'IN STOCK' IN THE NAME. SRAW is not responsible if this is not followed. If you need your hair next day or same day pick up, please contact info@srawhair.co.uk immediately after purchase and we will try our best to accompany your request.
If you cannot place more items into your basket from the in stock menu, this means it is sold out. Please purchase from our regular menu which is subject to the processing times stated in "For all raw hair orders (except for in stock)".
Please purchase your items with enough time before you need it as SRAW will not be liable for missed occasions due to inaccurate ordering.
Accessories:
For In Stock items, please allow 1-3 working days for processing.
The processing time is subject to the complexity of the order and busy sale period. Processing times are separate to delivery times.
Delivery:
We are based in the U.K. Our items are delivered using the Royal Mail special next day delivery if you, as the customer, are based in the UK. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and your order will arrive in the following times after processing:
U.K. Special next day delivery: 1-2 working days £10
USA Shipping: (UPS): 3-5 working days £38.99
International Shipping: 7-20 working days £30.00
EU Shipping: 5-7 working days £15.00
Orders outside of the U.K may not follow a strict time in being delivered. Please carefully follow the tracking number provided.

DELIVERY OPTIONS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE APON ARRIVAL

If items are sold out, SRAW will notify you about any delay or possible refund.
If you have purchased a pre-order item with other in stock items, the order will be shipped when the pre-order item is available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items beforehand, please order those items separately.
Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email assigned to the order (only for special delivery). We must note that once the parcel has been received by the courier, we are not liable for any loss, damage or delay. Any custom charges and fees that may be incurred will be liable to the customer to pay, we advise you check what fees may be applicable to you before purchase.
If the parcel is refused delivery, then you may not be entitled to a refund. If we do provide a refund, any delivery or custom fees paid by us due to the refusal will be deducted from your final refund.
