Chemical colouring, bleaching and toning should be carried out by a qualified colourist or someone who specialises in colour services, particularly when attempting high-level blonding. Results can vary greatly when hair is processed at home or by non-professionals, even when using professional products.


Once hair has been chemically altered, we cannot guarantee the outcome or integrity of the hair, and refunds or replacements are not offered for results caused by colouring done outside of professional care.


SRAW Hair single donor bundles and closures can be lifted to high blonde levels by a specialist. If you intend to colour your hair, please consult with a professional prior to purchase and ensure they are familiar with processing raw hair.

Please purchase your items with enough time before you need it as SRAW will not be liable for missed occasions due to inaccurate ordering.
